- What is your candle made out of?
Our candles are hand-poured using a virgin coconut soy wax blend and premium phthalate-free fragrance and fragrance oil blend.
- How long will it take for my order to be delivered to me?
Your orders will usually be shipped from our studio in Charlotte, NC within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
- How long does the candles last?
The burn time on our candles vary depending on the size, the duration of each burn, and trimming your wick. Our candles can have the following burn time:
- 6 oz Candle: up to 50 hours
- 10 oz Candle: up to 120 hours
- Ceramic beads: up to 2 months

What is your return policy? Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer a refund for candle orders.

Where can I buy/smell your candles in person? We will be present at a few pop-up events, and local coffee shops. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

How do I avoid candle tunneling? Burn your candle for at least 4 hours or until you get a full melt pool on the first use. When burning for the first time, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the vessel.
Always trim the candle wick before each use 1/4" (5mm)
Avoid burning your candle for short periods of time.
- Do you offer samples?
We currently do not offer samples, but we offer our ceramic beads that can be found on our accessories page, add whatever scent you want to try.
